0:09comes with everything that you need in

0:11the box uh pretty easy to transport and

0:14easy to set up um looks like it’s uh

0:17pretty good for your starting out if you

0:19don’t have any steel targets anything

0:20like that um a good way to get yourself

0:23started and be nice and mobile uh quick

0:26and easy setup and tear down

0:48terrible

0:54[Applause]

0:59[Music]

1:02michael you do practice

1:04all right let’s see if I can even hit

1:06you

1:08[Applause]

1:22[Applause]

1:22[Music]

1:26pretty consistently low left i wonder

1:29why it’s almost like the iron sight’s

1:31coming a little bit off from the

1:36[Music]

1:39[Applause]

1:39[Music]

1:45factory yeah I can see when you hit high

1:48it’s going straight up into the wood

1:51very interesting

1:53[Applause]

1:58yeah you just got that heavy stock lock

2:00spring in

2:03[Music]

2:07there do it do it that’s surprisingly uh

2:12this is some good quality steel right

2:14here apparently it can survive a shot

2:18from a 45 long pole

2:21it’s most likely galvanized don’t cut it

2:23or your lungs will die

2:26licking it is okay

2:29[Applause]

2:31[Music]

2:35[Applause]

2:39it’s It’s close but you kind of got to

2:41time it

2:44[Applause]

2:48all right so we shot uh couple hundred

2:51rounds or so at it various different

2:53calibers um some interesting uh things

2:57that we saw was uh it does survive uh 45

3:01long colt uh and occasionally with an

3:04errant uh doubleaction shot uh it looks

3:07like we hit one of the poles when we

3:08were messing around like I’d said we

3:10were going to torture uh this guy a

3:11little bit uh yeah well I mean you were

3:14the one who was shooting so blame him uh

3:17so obviously it’s pretty sturdy but it

3:20has taken some damage uh so if you look

3:23at the 2×4 we’ve got some pretty good

3:25chunks out of it um with nothing

3:28protecting the 2×4 up here it’s going to

3:30get eaten up and then with the the

3:33movement of the plate pushing some shots

3:36high or us just not being very good at

3:39shooting skill issue see he doesn’t even

3:43want to talk uh uh we we definitely tore

3:46up the wood a little bit now obviously

3:48this is a consumable this is meant to be

3:51replaced um but how long it takes you to

3:54consume it is kind of part of the uh

3:58worthiness of the uh product um outside

4:01of that it’s done very well throughout

4:03the day we don’t have any visible

4:05pitting anything like that on either

4:07side we did flip the plate over at one

4:10point uh after shooting some nine at it

4:12um but it it responded very well to

4:15everything that we put at it we can’t

4:17see any type of visible damage up here

4:20um but I know it was uh annoying Nick a

4:23little bit so he’s going to show you our

4:24rapid disassembly

4:30process more seriously putting it back

4:32in the box very easy to do all we got to

4:35do is pull these guys apart pop them in

4:38the bottom

4:43there we go we’ll lay these guys down on

4:47[Applause]

4:49top this might be the harder part

4:51depending on how mutilated your wood

4:53gets i mutilate my wood all the time all

4:57right we’re back out on the range today

4:59with the RE9 as the guys call it the V9

5:04uh and we’re going to shoot some extra

5:05rounds at it today see if we can do a

5:07little bit of a torture test um we got

5:09it painted up so that we can see what

5:11we’re hitting um we’re going to send

5:13some uh pistol rounds at it as is rated

5:16for uh but then we’re going to move it

5:18up to some rifle rounds once we can see

5:20what the impacts are looking like and

5:22then eventually I think we’re going to

5:24kill this thing with our 50

5:26BMG there we go

5:30[Applause]

5:36[Applause]

5:42can’t really aim at it when somebody

5:43else is

5:48[Music]

5:59shooting

6:04should I try and straighten it

6:08reset it with bullet i believe in you

6:14there you go

6:19it did the thing it did the thing

6:22so I I would give credit to 308 but this

6:25is 300 6 given uh is that 3006 black

6:30holy buckleberries

6:34there’s your problem

6:40all right

6:58that thing [ __ ] slaps mill down i

7:01don’t

7:04know god damn okay did anybody see where

7:08it went not really no it’s really hard

7:11to [ __ ] tell you’re up it [ __ ]

7:13knocked the wind out of

7:16me

7:17[Music]

7:19guess it’s

7:21not whatever it

7:34is is this breast

7:39there you go holy [ __ ] it jumped

7:48i think you hit a little high

7:59the wood worked holy [ __ ] it went all

8:03the way up the

8:04BM i just see him cartwheel up all right

8:08so um we did some things no one should

8:11do to a steel target like this uh and it

8:15did fail uh after uh some ridiculous

8:18torture i would say as far as 5.56

8:22uh 762 by 39 it was all totally within

8:26reason um even up to uh 762 x 54R uh

8:32where it first started to fail was with

8:33the 306 and that’s actually where we got

8:35these three through and thus um uh which

8:39was a real surprise for all of us the 50

8:42actually did not penetrate but it did

8:44cause major

8:46deformation crack down at the bottom and

8:48and if you turn it sideways turn it so

8:50that they can see the profile i mean

8:52that is a whole lot of steel that got

8:55moved around and when you actually saw

8:57it get hit the whole thing would jump up

8:59into the air um so uh obviously this is

9:02not what this target was meant for um

9:04but it is a sign of some quality metal

9:07that it was able to survive all of that

9:09um it’s definitely something that for

9:12you know uh uh intermediate distances

9:15with a a carbine uh you know normal uh

9:19steel distances outside 10 yards with a

9:20pistol um it’s going to do everything

9:22that you needed to now we did have a few

9:24other failure points to talk about um we

9:27did have the uh mounting arm uh I think

9:31it got hit at one point and it actually

9:33broke through this back corner here also

9:36if you look on the the sides here it’s

9:38it’s got some pretty extreme gouging

9:41from just those more significant impacts

9:44slamming into uh the metal uh the pipes

9:48survived relatively well uh except when

9:51you know one of those stray rounds

9:53decided to hit it um and then the uh

9:57frame post uh one came out you know with

10:00minimal warping um but then we did have

10:03one side that looks like it got an

10:04impact on it as well and did get some

10:06pretty significant warping where you can

10:08see it’s kind of now uh more boomerang

10:11shaped um but outside of that pretty

10:15successful i mean I’ve seen a lot of

10:17steel targets that fail much earlier on

10:20uh surprisingly enough we didn’t see

10:22anything happen around where the holes

10:24are drilled um but yeah definitely once

10:26we put some of the heavier calibers on

10:28it it was struggling

10:31super fun though i mean for what 120

10:33bucks uh not sure yet but Yeah we’ll let

10:36you know when there’s official pricing

10:38here but definitely a great starter kit

10:40for if you’re wanting to get into

10:42shooting some steel with some smaller

10:44stuff yes yeah and and especially good

10:47for anybody who needs something that’s

10:48quick to pack up quick to set up um uh

10:51the 2×4 definitely got destroyed that’s

10:54going to be your number one consumable

10:56uh outside of that would likely be the

10:58pipes if they get shot um but yeah it

11:01did surprisingly well so there you go

11:04come check them out pick one up buy them

11:07buy them spend money go to the

11:11gym it survived that level of impact so

11:16that’s got to be something good
